Logging: Burning (dir. Lee Chang-dong)

a slow-burn. Almost lulled me to sleep in its first half, yet was casting its ways unknowingly. filling me with tension and dread. like "cutter & bone" (dir. Passer, 81). haunting, mysterious, and chilling. wish i had experienced it in the theater to feel its full on spell.
